Basic registration for the conference
(includes the right to attend the conference on the 11th and 12th, coffees, meals and transfers to field visits).

Full registration for the conference
(includes basic registration + events B2b and cooperation on Saturday 13th + dinners on Thursday 11th and closing dinner on Friday 12th).
Registration: 210 euros
Full registration with accommodation at Hotel Finca Valbono
Includes full registration + accommodation at Hotel Finca Valbono in an apartment on a single occupancy basis + transfers from Seville Airport or Santa Justa train station, and return (nights of September 10, 11 and 12). Transfers to the main hotel and event venues during the conference days are included.
Registration fee: 500 euros
Companion registration in apartment at Hotel Finca Valbono (no access to conference sessions)
Includes only Thursday dinner and the closing dinner, plus double apartment supplement at Hotel Finca Valbono (nights of September 10, 11, and 12). Transfers to the main hotel and event venues during the conference days are included.

Only for congress participants who have booked accommodation at the main hotel (Barceló) or at Hotel Convento.
Buses will be available to transport registered congress attendees from the airport or station to the Barceló Hotel and back to Seville.
The transfer schedules will be determined based on the arrival information provided by the congress attendees.
Public bus service (Sevilla / Aracena / Sevilla)
The company operating the daily bus service is Damas SA. The frequency varies depending on the time of year.

Self-employed stay
